At Canella Lane, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a secure mailing bag or box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
